Pro-studio in Residence
Professional Studio for a residence
The location for this project was very privileged. A corner site next to a valley, whith a view over the whole city that surrounds. On other hands the project was very complex because it was attached to an existing residence, the client wanted to keep the same style and the hight could not surpass the swimming pool level and take its view to the valley. The program also included a home-cinema, a gym, a spa, a bar, a cafeteria and a two car garage.
The main Idea for this project was to create an environment where musicians could create and interact with each other in a common place and also could record acousticically isolated from each other in different Iso booths with large windows aimed towards the view of the valley, of course. There is also an exclusive lounge and toilet serving the recording studio.
